It was definitely an unexpected journey for Megan Young, who started as a showbiz hopeful when she joined the second season of StarStruck. Though she did not win the talent search, she made her mark as an actress, TV host, model and VJ.

A month ago, Megan joined her first beauty pageant, and was crowned Miss World Philippines 2013. A month later, she flew to Bali, Indonesia for Miss World 2013. Out of all the beautiful faces and heavenly bodies across the globe, Megan reigned supreme.
