Taylor Swift Midnights Album

Taylor said she is a massive Lana Del Rey fan!

In case you missed it, music icons Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey collaborated on a song that will be part of Taylor's upcoming tenth studio album, Midnights.

Taylor announced the collaboration in the last part of her “Midnights Mayhem with Me” TikTok series, where she slowly revealed the title of the songs part of Midnights.

The song, titled “Snow On The Beach,” will serve as the fourth track of the album.

In a recent Instagram video, Taylor shared what the track is about and at the same time expressed her admiration for Lana Del Rey.

According to Taylor, “Snow On The Beach” is a song about two people falling in love with each other at the same time and the unbelievable feeling it could bring, kind of like how one would feel when they were to see snow falling on the beach.

“Snow On The Beach… is about falling in love with someone at the same time as they're falling in love with you… in this sort of cataclysmic, faded moment where you realize someone feels exactly the same way that you feel at the same moment and you're kind of looking around going, 'wait is this real?'” she explained.

Taylor also couldn't help but gush over Lana Del Rey in the video as she shared how she is a massive fan of the singer.

“Lana Del Rey, in my opinion, is one of the best musical artists ever,” she said.

She added, “The fact that I get to exist at the same time as her is an honor and a privilege and the fact that she would be so generous as to collaborate with us on this song is something I'm gonna be grateful for, for life.”

Midnights is set to be released on October 21 and will feature 13 songs.

"Midnights, the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout my life, will be out October 21. Meet me at midnight,” Taylor wrote in an earlier Instagram post.
