Taylor Swift brought smiles and hope during a surprise visit to a children's hospital.
Before celebrating her birthday, Taylor Swift made a heartwarming gesture in children's hospital.
The pop sensation made a surprise visit to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City on Thursday, December 12, with her boyfriend Travis Kelce.
Taylor lit up the faces of the patients, families, and staff by giving them free fan service as she posed with them in selfies, signed autographs, and interacted with Swifties in the hospital.
Swifties inside the hospital were undoubtedly the luckiest of all, as Taylor turned an ordinary day into an unforgettable one with a signed copy of the Eras Tour book.
A patient named Rylie had the chance to snap several photos with the global superstar, while his grandmother, Anita Belt, shared her excitement about the experience.
"Children's Mercy Hospital does their best to nurse seriously ill children, comfort family, and bring a little joy when they can. Today did not disappoint!," she wrote.
She added, "Thank you Taylor Swift for bringing some joy to Rylie today!! One of the nurses said Travis Kelce was in the building as well, but didn't stop in his room. Great way to bring a smile and make a memory!"
Taylor once again proved she is the ultimate "mother of all!"
