Molly Langley as Violet Hilton

Molly Langley plays Violet Hilton, one of the conjoined twins in 'Side Show: The Musical.'

The Clash alumna Molly Langley will be portraying one of the twins in The Sandbox Collective's upcoming musical Side Show, based on the 1997 Broadway musical by Bill Russell (book and lyrics) and Henry Krieger (music).

During the press conference on Wednesday, June 25, Molly shared the reason why she relates to Violet Hilton, one of the conjoined twins who starred in the musical. Molly will be joined by Krystal Kane as Daisy Hilton.

"She's more of the shy, reserved twin. I do feel that I resonate with her in some ways, mostly I resonate with Violet because she dreams of having a husband and a family," she said.

"That's actually my dream one day."

Also playing the roles of the Hilton twins are Tanya Manalang-Atadero and Marynor Madamesila. Tanya, who already starred as Kim in Miss Saigon in its West End run, shared that portraying one of the conjoined twins was hard.

"This is definitely new to me. Number one, I do not have siblings. It's made me more generous and considerate co-actor because every time I make a choice, I have to consider her (Marynor), which makes it more special," Tanya said.

"Napag-usapan nga namin the other day, pag nagba-block kami, 'Alam mo 'pag nagba-block tayo, isipin natin na may dala-dala tayong golf bag.' There's that weight that we have to be concious about."

Krystal added, "I think something that's very important with us is the chemistry, you know, how we always have chemistry scenes with different partners that's romance. This is different, e, it's a different kind of love."
