Singer Nef Medina proudly shows off his leaner figure on Instagram.
The Clash Season 2 finalist Nef Medina is reaping all the benefits of his hard work in the gym and is now showing off his inspiring transformation.
In a short video he uploaded on Instagram last April 12, Nef flexed his fitter body. He then wrote a message for his detractors saying, “Basher : Pre kamusta bulk?”
Nef competed in the Kapuso singing contest The Clash in 2019. Some of his batchmates were Thea Astley, Jennifer Maravilla, Sassa Dagdag, and the champion Jeremiah Tiangco.
