The Clash Teens

This June, Gen Z voices will take center stage on 'The Clash Teens,' the first-ever teen edition of the Kapuso reality singing competition.

Clash Masters Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz shared how the Gen Z clashers bring a fresher and jollier energy to the arena during the mediacon last May 26.

"Ngayon, ibang klase ang energy, palaban, but at the same time, very jolly, very energetic saka talagang sobrang career-driven nila,” said Asia's Limitless Star Julie Anne.

Asia's Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista will be leading the judging panel of this edition, alongside Star of the New Gen Jillian Ward and BGYO member and former Clasher JL Toreliza. The two younger judges will be more relatable to the Gen Z clashers.

When asked to give advice to the teen contenders, Christian said, “We always aim to be better and to be one of the best, but there will be more defeats and mistakes along the way. Just remember to get back up always.”

Meanwhile, Jillian promised to build the self-confidence of young Clashers and help them be proud of their talent.

As a former The Clash Season 1 Clasher himself, BGYO JL said that he wants to be an inspiration to the contestants.

Don't miss The Clash Teens every Sunday at 7:15 p.m. on GMA.
