iGMA caught up with Chuck Allie in between takes at the “Kung Mahawi Man ang Ulap” set. Chatting with this certified Cute Chinito sure is a treat! Chuck’s character in the Sinenovela version of Kung Mahawi Man ang Ulap is not a part of the original film. For the young actor, this is a positive fact because it affords him the freedom to play Vincent without worrying about being compared to the original. “Hinayaan na nila akong magjustify ng role, ng character…What’s required of me parang iyon lang, medyo obsessed kay Nadine,” ganoon, he notes. In Love to Love, Chuck also portrayed the rich boy who is in love with a girl. Sadly he also does not win her in the end. “Feeling ko nga nata-type cast na ako doon eh,” he says with a laugh. Then adds, “What’s new siguro with my character, iyon nga lang may angle na siya of, parang, maturity.” Behind the Camera The 19-year-old cutie has indeed come a long way after the teenybopper years following StarStruck.
