If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, Toniyuh has done well to pay homage to his heroes.

In one of his most viral videos, Toniyuh sings along to the “Ice Cream Yummy” song in the voices of different celebrities. In just 41 seconds, he does spot-on impressions of Kathryn Bernardo, Leni Robredo, Alice Guo, Kween Yasmin, and Toni Gonzaga.

“In my experience, I have always been following the celebrities that I loved--watching their movies, series, guestings, etc,” said Toniyuh on his impressions. “For me, it's a good factor as a fan and having this platform to entertain people using my talent as a celebrity voice impersonator.”

This simple video, filmed straight to a phone camera in Toniyuh's own home has already garnered over 15.2 million views on TikTok as well as 1.5 million likes. For Toniyuh, this video changed everything. With the success of his video generating massive interest in his channel, @iamtoniyuh on TikTok now has over 300,500 followers.

Toniyuh got his start acting in the theater with roles in the Department of Trade and Industry's Tanghalang Pangmamimili (2018), Bakit Isa Lang ang Bituin sa Langit (2019), and a citation as a Mandudula at Artista ng Bayan by the Municipality of Binangonan.

Now, his efforts have also landed him on national television. He made his first appearance on GTV's Dapat Alam Mo!, doing an impression of Toni Gonzaga during the Ka-Voice segment. Since then, Toniyuh has appeared on Eat Bulaga, 24 Oras, Boobay & Tekla Show, and Frontline Pilipinas in a variety of roles from featured stories to comedic performances. Toniyuh's also set to have a role in the upcoming Puregold Channel digital BL series Got My Eyes On You.

These appearances highlight not only his uncanny ability for comedy and impersonations, but also the powerful motivation and story behind Toniyuh's success. There's a passion for creation that drives him at every turn. “I believe that the enthusiasm and creativity of every individual should be recognized,” he said. “Most of my followers said that I'm their 'stress reliever,' and I'm happy for the positive feedback and support from them on top of being in love with the craft.”

Toniyuh has also maintained a close relationship with marginalized groups he feels passionate about advocating for. Among those most notable are the LGBTQIA+ community as well as the elder communities. To that end, Toniyuh's success is an important part of furthering important causes.

“I proudly say that I have been given the privilege to use my voice and platform to do better and inspire others,” said Toniyuh.

Thanks to his dedication to the craft, bringing him exposure to a massive online audience, Toniyuh has been able to collaborate with some of the biggest names in the industry. Already, he's worked alongside Toni and Alex Gonzaga, Kim Atienza, Susan Enriquez, DJ JhaiHo, Yassi Pressman, KD Estrada, and Alexa Ilacad. The biggest stars in entertainment are going out of their way to work with Toniyuh as he continues to grow.

The sky is the limit for Toniyuh. As his talent continues to sharpen and his audience continues to grow, the things he can offer are sure to be in high demand from brands and partners from all over the country.
