 Woosung

Woosung gives '80s vibes with latest single.

On September 23, Woosung, frontman of South Korean pop rock band The Rose, has returned with a music video for his new single "Dimples."

"Dimples" is described as a retro bop track. The synthwave song has been three years in the making, and that's one more than his previous single "Lazy."

"To be honest, like we had this sound [and] the track finished like three years ago now. Back then when we wrote it, it was just fresh. It was new. It's almost like, you know, I was back in the '80s or something," said Woosung in recent interview with NME.

Fans expressed their excitement and support on Twitter.

Kim Woo-sung, known by his stage name Woosung or Sammy, is a Korean-American singer and musician under his own independent label, Wolfpack. He is the leader, main vocalist, and guitarist for the boy band The Rose.

Woosung released his first mini album Wolf on July 25, 2019, along with the music video for the title track "Face."
