
The Irish pop-rock band, The Script, arrived in Manila on Thursday, a day before they play the Mall of Asia Arena.
In an Instagram post, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport MIAA shared photos of the band's arrival.
“The band returns to Manila for a one-night concert to be held at the Mall of Asia Arena,” it said in the caption.
The band's concert tomorrow, September 23, at the Mall of Asia Arena will mark the start of the Asia leg of their “Greatest Hits Tour.”
Neighboring countries, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia are also part of the band's Asia tour.
The Script has returned to Manila after four years. Their last show in the country was in 2018 for their “Freedom Child Tour.”
The Script is behind popular hit songs “Breakeven,” “The Man Who Can't Be Moved,” “Hall of Fame,” and “Superheroes.”
The band comprises three members, Danny O'Donoghue, Mark Sheehan, and Glen Power. '
