The Voice Generations coach Chito Miranda highlighted the importance of having your own voice in order to succeed in an exclusive video from ATM (Adventure. Taste. Moments).

The Parokya ni Edgar frontman said having your own voice will “help you shine and reach your full potential.”

“You really have to find 'yung sarili mong boses, hindi pwedeng naka-asa ka 'don sa kung ano 'yung sasabihin ng iba, hindi rin pwede 'yung gagayahin mo lang 'yung boses, 'yung style, 'yung pagkatao, 'yung marka ng iba,” Chito said.

He also underscored how this could be one of the reasons for the diversity of coaches for The Voice Generations.

“I think 'yan 'yung isa sa mga dahilan, major na dahilan, kung bakit pumili sila ng mga coaches na iba't iba ang individuality,” he said.

He added that this could make the show “more dynamic and more effective in finding also 'yung voices na hinahanap namin sa mga talents na sumali sa atin.”

Chito also expressed how excited he is for The Voice Generations. He will serve as one of the coaches along with Billy Crawford, Julie Anne San Jose, and SB19's Stell.
