The pilot episode of the new season of 'The Voice Kids' scored high in TV ratings as it showcased promising young talents and the entertaining banter between coaches Billy Crawford, Julie Anne San Jose, Zack Tabudlo, and Paolo and Miguel of Ben&Ben.

The Voice Kids impressively kicked off its new season, featuring its exciting blind auditions round.

The pilot episode of the singing competition, aired on Sunday, September 14, drew solid viewership ratings, earning 12.7 percent based on the preliminary/overnight data of Nielsen Philippines' National Urban Television Audience Measurement (NUTAM) people ratings.

The Voice Kids marked its premiere by showcasing the promising singing talents of young contestants, as well as the entertaining banter between returning coaches Billy Crawford and Julie Anne San Jose, and new coaches Zack Tabudlo and Paolo and Miguel of Ben&Ben.

In the first night of the blind auditions, coaches Ben&Ben, Billy, and Zack secured one talent each for their respective teams BenKada, Team Bilib, and Project Z - namely, Audriz Cerineo, Athena Omadto, and Sofia Mallares.

Meanwhile, two talents Princess Marianne Ferwelo and Rezil Dayne Salcedo chose to join coach Julie's team, Julesquad.

The Voice Kids airs Sundays, 7:00 p.m. after Bubble Gang on GMA and Kapuso Stream.
