The Sparkle star marked her special day with a dreamy photobook-inspired shoot and shared that this is her last birthday as a single woman. In her caption, Thea said that turning 30 feels scary, but is excited for what's coming ahead.
The actress also looked back on the places and memories she has made in the past years. As she enters her 30s, Thea is looking forward to making new memories and to keep chasing the things she loves.
"Me at 30. I've been to so many places. I've seen so many different views. I've laughed so much, and made so many memories.
"Now that I'm 30, there are still so many places I haven't seen, and so many views I haven't discovered yet. And that's exactly why I want to keep chasing the things I love and go make new memories. I'm sure this next chapter of being 30 will be just as fun," she added in the caption.

In November 2025, Thea got engaged to her non-showbiz boyfriend, airline pilot Martin Joshua San Miguel, after four years of being in a relationship.
