Thea Tolentino details how her surprise engagement proposal with fiancé Martin Joshua took place.
Actress Thea Tolentino delighted fans as she revealed how her pilot fiancé popped the question during their vacation overseas.
In a series of Instagram Stories posted on November 30, Thea recalled the moment she thought they were simply doing a typical travel photoshoot. "It was also supposed to be just a normal vacation photoshoot. Thank you for the beautiful proposal. [I'm] keeping them forever," she wrote, expressing her joy over the unforgettable moment.
She later shared another clip featuring her engagement ring, adding, "Lutang kami after sa pagod. Tapos di rin makapaniwala na nangyari 'yon," describing how surreal the proposal felt for both of them.
Thea also reposted several congratulatory greetings from friends and supporters. Among them was actress Mikee Quintos, who shared a screenshot from their video call and wrote, "Congraaaaats [crying face emoji]" to celebrate the newly engaged couple.
The announcement has since sparked a wave of well-wishes from fans who have followed Thea's journey from her early showbiz years to this new chapter in her personal life.
