Queens supporting queens! Thia Thomalla made history as the first Pinay to bag the Miss Eco International in 2018.
One of the beauty queens cheering for Alexie Brooks' historic win as Miss Eco International 2025 is First Yaya actress Thia Thomalla.
Alexie is the third Pinay to win the prestigious title. Thia Thomalla, in case you didn't know, was the first Filipina to take home the crown back in 2018.

In her post on Instagram Story, Thia expressed her happiness over Alexie's brilliant performance during the pageant held in Egypt.
She said, “WAAAAH!!!! SCREAMING OF JOY!!!! Congratulations Queen.”
Thia added in another post, “Worth it ang puyat?”
Meanwhile, Alexie marked her big win at the Miss Eco International by posting on Instagram: “PILIPINAS, WE MADE ITTTTT! MAHAL NA MAHAL KO KAYONG LAHAT.”
Aside from Alexie and Thia, Kathleen Paton also bagged the same title in 2022.
In other news, Thia is also embarking on a new journey in her personal life, after confirming her engagement with John Castelar last December 2024.
