After their successful tandem as Lally and Vincent in the phenomenal and highly controversial 'Husband's Lover', Kapuso stars Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez will be gracing our television screens once again as they reunite in the upcoming primetime series 'My Destiny'.

After their successful tandem as Lally and Vincent in the phenomenal and highly controversial My Husband's Lover, Kapuso stars Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez will be gracing our television screens once again as they reunite in the upcoming primetime series My Destiny.

Joining them in the soap is award-winning actor Sid Lucero and Kapuso leading lady Rhian Ramos. My Destiny is set to pilot this June as part of the GMA Telebabad block.

Fans have been longing to see them together in a project since My Husband's Lover. The love story of Lally and Vincent, made more intriguing by Eric, played by Dennis Trillo, had everyone hooked every night, putting the show on top of the ratings game. The success led to the creation of One More Try: The My Husband's Lover Concert not only here in the Philippines but also in the United States.

At present, the series is nominated in the Serial Drama category of the 9th Seoul International Drama Awards. 

Although Tom's love team with Dennis had a huge following and they even received a platinum record award for their album, his team up with Carla was also picked up by the public. They starred as Lira and Goryo in the romantic comedy So It's You, the movie which Carla admits to have brought them closer to each other.
