Ipinakita ni Tom Rodriguez ang kanyang six-pack abs sa Instagram.
Aminado si Kapuso actor Tom Rodriguez na bumigat ang kanyang timbang at napabayaan ang kanyang health noong nagsimula ang quarantine.
At dahil “new year, better me” season na, minabuti ni Tom na mag-concentrate sa kanyang kalusugan at magbawas ng timbang sa pamamagitan ng boxing.
Kuwento niya sa Instagram noong Enero, “Happy New Year, everyone! I haven't been able to shed away the holiday and quarantine pounds since my reflex bag broke. This was the nail on the proverbial coffin.
“So I guess it's nigh time I ordered a new one to trim away the gut and love handles. This is still the fastest and the most FUN way I know how to do it, just gonna need to reinvest in new equipment.”
Mahigit isang buwan nang simulan niya ang kanyang fitness program, proud na ipinakita ni Tom ang kanyang cuts at six pack abs sa social media.
Sa isang topless selfie, kitang-kita ng fans ang pinaghirapan ni Tom at ang pagbabalik ng “cuts” sa kanyang mga braso.
Aniya, “I had a really good boxing session today. It's my second day in the gym and my butt kept getting kicked.
“I'm happy that I'm finally starting to show some results from my diet and workouts. I can't wait to start weightlifting soon. #onedayatatime #balikalindogprogram.”
Sa comment section, pinuri ni Owe My Love star Benjamin Alves ang fitness progress ni Tom at sinabing, “I see you, bro.”
Sagot ni Tom kay Ben, “Man, trying to get rid of this dad bod is no joke! HAHAHA And I'm barely on the easy stuff.
“I haven't even started lifting yet and I already feel like going into a coma after every workout.”
