
South Korean idol Yohan, real name Kim Jung-hwan, has passed away yesterday, June 16.
According to a report made by SPOT TV News, the cause of his death has yet to be revealed by his family and that the wake is currently being held at Severance Hospital in Sinchon.
Tomorrow, June 18, Yohan's remains will be moved to its final resting place at a cemetery.
Yohan's agency, KJ Music Entertainment, has asked the media and fans to refrain from speculating or spreading rumors about his death.
Yohan first debuted with boy group No Other Man (N.O.M.) in 2013 but eventually disbanded three years later.
He later joined TST, formerly known as Top Secret, in 2017 with their single “Time's Up” with members Ain, K, Wooyoung, Junghoon, Yonghyeon, and Kyeongha. Early this year, they even released their fourth single titled “Countdown.”
Before his death, Yohan celebrated his 28th birthday on April 16. He also actively engaged with his fans on his personal Instagram account and even communicated with them through Naver's VLive app.
