A tale of love, suspense, and family secrets is set to hit GMA News TV every evening with the newest Turkish drama Price of Passion.

The series tells the story of Ashley (Birce Akalay), a young beautiful doctor who is dedicated to saving the lives of her patients. So much so that she's willing to sacrifice her own life for their sake.

On the other hand, Erik (Ibrahim Celikkol) is a young, cold-hearted guy who works as a hitman. He then moves to Istanbul after his father's death and starts working for his uncle Ricky (Muhammet Uzuner).

What Erik doesn't know is that Ricky is actually his biological father. The two then connive and Erik becomes Ricky's most trusted man and starts to carry out all the illegal activities.

Ashley and Erik's path begin to intersect when the latter shoots a man who betrayed his business. In order to keep him alive, he brings Ashley to help tend to the man's wounds.

At first, Ashley doesn't know she's working with criminals. But when she finds out and tries to escape, she becomes Erik's captive.

Because of a series of events, Ricky tasks Erik to kill Ashley.

As her last chance, Erik said he would save Ashley's life on the condition that she agrees to marry him. If Ashley accepts, she will survive.

Will Ashley accept Erik's proposal in order to save her life? What is Erik's goal for marrying Ashley?
