Happy birthday, Bea!

They may have outgrown their tween years, but the cast of the former youth-oriented show Tween Hearts are still very much kids at heart. In fact, it's as if years did not go by when they are reunited.

Over the weekend, Barbie Forteza, Bea Binene, Joyce Ching, Louise delos Reyes, Kristoffer Martin, and Derrick Monasterio spent the day together to celebrate Bea's birthday. Despite their busy schedules, the young stars still made time to go out and have fun.
