
Another TWICE member is ready to conquer the K-pop industry with their solo career.
On Friday, August 8, JYP Entertainment announced the highly anticipated solo debut of TWICE's main rapper Chaeyoung.
Chaeyoung is set to release her first album on September 12 (Friday) at 1:00 p.m. (KST).

She will be the fourth member of the group to make her solo debut, following Nayeon, Jihyo, and Tzuyu, who debuted in 2022, 2023, and 2024, respectively.
In the teaser, Chaeyoung was seen with a number of producers and the Japanese pop band Gliiico.

Before going solo, Chaeyoung has shown her songwriting skills through some TWICE songs, like “Strawberry,” “Sweet Summer Day,” “Handle It,” and “Basics,” among others.
She was also recently featured in Netflix's most-watched original animated film, KPop Demon Hunters, where she sang one of its OSTs, “Takedown,” with her co-members Jihyo and Jeongyeon.
