Twice's Nayeon has withdrawn the restraining order against her stalker. However, her agency JYP Entertainment stresses that the criminal complaints against him are still in place.
Should the stalker set foot in South Korea, the restraining order will take effect again and he will be arrested at the airport.
“Nayeon has withdrawn the restraining order on her stalker. The restraining order is a civil matter. We withdrew [the order] due to problems with its delivery, and we will proceed with it again when [the stalker] arrives in Korea. We did not withdraw the criminal complaint for Interference with Business that is currently under a stay of proceedings.
"Measures have been taken so that when the stalker arrives in Korea, the Immigration Service will contact the police department in charge and have him taken directly from the airport,” the statement for JYP Entertainment reads, as translated by Korean entertainment site Soompi.
Nayeon was first approached by the stalker back in January as she was boarding a flight to Korea from Japan.
She was put under police protection and a restraining order and criminal charges against the stalker were filed.
