After undergoing surgery and testing positive for COVID-19, Vanessa Matsunaga is looking forward to reunite with her two kids.
“I'm on my way to be reunited with my kids!"
This is the wonderful news that model Vanessa Matsunaga shared to her Instagram followers on Tuesday, August 4.
The sibling of model-actor Daniel Matsunaga had endured so much these past few weeks. After undergoing an operation to remove her appendix, she was later diagnosed with COVID-19, which shocked her and her whole family.
On her Instagram post last August 2, Vanessa confirmed that she tested negative for the virus already. The best news is that her family, including her kids Isabella and David, tested negative from the highly-contagious disease.
Vanessa said that she couldn't wait to be reunited with her children and she will surely give them a tight hug.
“I'm on my way to be reunited with my kids! The last time I hugged them was the morning I left for the hospital, then surgery happened, then covid...it really feels like forever. Today is a happy day!
“There's nothing like a sunny day after a storm! I have never been this excited about packing a luggage and fixing my fit-all-things mom bag ever even Jun shaved his beard to see the kids, something I have been bugging him to do for the longest time with no success so many reasons to celebrate oh!! I'm so happy!”
She also expressed her gratitude for the support they have received during this whole ordeal.
“Thank you everyone for all the well wishes and love! this momma is back on track! Thank you Lord!
