Multi-awarded host and comedian Vic Sotto was feeling the love from fellow dabarkads as the longest-running noontime show in the Philippines, Eat Bulaga marked his 68th birthday today, April 28.

The birthday celebrant received a heartwarming message from his wife Pauleen Luna telling him, “Babati na ako. E, simple lang naman, dahil pang-ilang birthday na rin 'to na magkasama kami.

“Sa pinaka-pogi, sa pinakamabait. Sa pinakamapagmahal at aking pinakamamahal habang buhay, happy birthday and I love you.”

Their daughter, Tali also gave a short message to Bossing: “To my best dad forever and ever. I love you. Happy birthday!”

Although the Phenomenal star Maine Mendoza was absent during the live show of Eat Bulaga today, she nevertheless greeted Vic Sotto via a video message.

Maine said, “Happy, happy birthday, Bossing! Sayang wala po ako diyan para maki-saya at maki-celebrate po kasama po kayo at iba pang mga dabarkad. Sana ma-enjoy n'yo po itong special na araw ninyo, kasama ang inyong mga mahal sa buhay.

“At ang wish ko po sa inyo sana po ay lagi po kayo safe, lagi kayong healthy. Lagi kayong happy at sana mas marami pa kayong mapasaya at matulungan mga legit dabarkads mula Batanes hanggang Jolo sa anu mang po parte ng buong mundo.”

Meanwhile, Asia's Multimedia star Alden Richards expressed his profound gratitude to Bossing for his guidance and knowledge he imparted to all of them in Eat Bulaga.

The Kapuso actor noted, “I wish you good health, longer life Bossing. And thank you po sa lahat ng mga tulong, turo, at mga knowledge po na naibigay n'yo sa amin dabarkads and ingat po kayo palagi Bossing. I love you. I miss you and happy, happy birthday po.”
