It's Showtime hosts Vice Ganda and Kim Chiu addressed the reactions to their recent online exchange involving their fans.
On X (formerly Twitter), the Unkabogable Star shared comments from Kim's supporters following a lapse during her acceptance speech at the FAMAS Broadcast Awards 2026. While accepting the Best Host for Entertainment award, Vice mentioned her It's Showtime co-hosts one by one. However, she failed to include Kim.
The TV host actress apologized a day after during their live noontime show.
"'Di siya nababanggit pero pinasasalamatan siya nang personal," Vice said.
Despite that, the incident still prompted reactions from some of the actress's fans online.
After seeing the comments, Vice responded by posting, "Grabe the kacheapan of these fans!" while tagging the Chinita Princess.
Kim later issued a statement, asking for understanding for her supporters while encouraging everyone to keep the peace online.
"I don't want to make a big deal out of this anymore. But as supporters, it's probably not fair to call them cheap. Maybe because of their overwhelming love and support for their idol, they're protective. I think this is just the initial reaction. I'm not tolerating them, but I hope we can just let this go. If there were no people supporting and truly loving us, there wouldn't be anyone appreciating everything we do either," she wrote.

Later, Vice reminded her fans not to engage in online hostility.
"Sa aking mga LITTLE PONIES hindi sapat at katanggap tanggap na dahilan na mahal nyo ko para maging masama kyo sa iba. Ipinagpapasalamat ko ang suporta nyo but i will not enable your toxic behavior just because i seek ur support. I love you my mature and thinking Little Ponies!"
Vice later continued to respond, including "Thank but not enable. Enaaaayyyy zenkyoooowwww!!!" and "To my mom's relatives, I hope you won't bash me for forgetting to mention my mom in my speech last night. "
