Vice Ganda left no crumbs as she performed at the opening ceremony of the 89th season of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday.
The Unkabogable Star, who is an alumnus of Far Eastern University, had a Super Bowl-inspired performance at the kick-off show. She even had a grand entrance as she entered the arena aboard a huge tamaraw prop.
Aside from the 'Gandang Gabi Vice' host, other renowned artists who lit up the event with show-stopping performances were 'The Voice Kids' coach Gloc-9, singer and 'It's Showtime' host Darren Espanto, BINI members Maloi and Mikha, and more.
The seasoned comedian-actor also gave a powerful speech for the young generation, challenging them to fight and win no matter what.
“It is very important that we exist in an environment that allows us to win. Kaya naman ang hamon ko sa inyo, ipanalo ninyo ang lipunang magbibigay sa inyo ng disenteng pamumuhay at kalayaang magtagumpay. At mangyayari lamang yan 'pag naipanalo ninyo ang mga lider na hindi kayo nanakawan, gagawing bobo at ilulubog ang inyong dangal at pag-asa sa baha. So Gen Zs, I challenge you to fight and win no matter what,” she said.
Meanwhile, catch Vice Ganda in the noontime variety show 'It's Showtime,' which airs every Monday to Saturday, 12 noon, on GMA and Kapuso Stream.
