Amid the many storms she has encountered as a journalist, GMA News Pillar Vicky Morales chose to remain a Kapuso.

She has managed to become a loyal GMA employee for 30 years because of her experience which taught her to develop resilience in good times and in tough times.

Vicky said, "I've been a solid Kapuso for 30 years and we had so many victories together in this network.

"We had so many firsts, we've been recognized internationally also.

"Ang dami nating pinagdaanan bagyo, literally and figuratively, and ang daming lindol.

"Lahat napagdaanan na natin together and we're still here."

At present, Vicky still enjoys her craft while delivering important news and information, based on GMA's vow of "Serbisyong Totoo" and core values.

"We're still doing what we love to do and I think we're doing it the right way also so that always pays off in the end.

"Hard work, good work ethic, integrity, if you have those, nothing can ever go wrong."
