Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien is crowned Miss Grand International 2021 on December 4 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien of Vietnam was crowned Miss Grand International 2021 during the pageant's finals night in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday, December 4.

Nguyen beat Miss Grand Ecuador Andrea Victoria Aguilera in a tie-breaker question, where they were asked why they should be Miss Grand International 2021.
Vietnam answered, "I'm ready to win. I'm ready to be in Thailand for a year."
Completing the finalists were Lorena Goncalves Rodrigues of Brazil (2nd runner up), Vivianie Diaz Arroyo of Puerto Rico (3rd runner up), and Jeane Van Dam of South Africa (4th runner up).

Philippine representative Samantha Panlilio, who was crowned Miss Grand International Philippines in July, didn't make the Top 20.
Samantha entered the Top 10 Best in National Costume and Top 5 Best in Swimsuit through popular vote.
