'Drag Race Philippines' season 1 contestant Viñas DeLuxe transforms into Mariah Carey.
Drag Race Philippines star Viñas DeLuxe was among the Drag queens who competed in the new segment of It's Showtime on Thursday, September 12.
Viñas transformed into Grammy award-winning singer Mariah Carey for the "Throwbox" segment.
Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda expressed her admiration to the drag queen saying, “Si Viñas DeLuxe naman nakaka-proud 'to kasi nasa first season siya ng Drag Race Philippines. Tapos ngayon, may sarili na silang Drag club ni Brigiding at ni Precious, si Viñas Deluxe!”
For her part, Viñas also thanked Meme Vice for her support to the Philippine Drag community.
“Thank you! Nandun si Meme nung nag-ribbon cutting kami and sobrang supportive talaga hindi lang sa amin at sa buong Drag community. So thank you, Meme.”
“Support, support. Siyempre nakakatuwa 'di ba ang dami na naming may trabaho ngayon. At [humarap kay Viñas] nakakapagbigay ka ngayon ng trabaho,” Vice replied to Viñas.
When Viñas DeLuxe competed in season one of Drag Race Philippines in 2022, Precious Paula Nicole was hailed as the winner, while Marina Summers placed first runner-up.
