Choreograher Mannex Manhattan, the man behind the viral “Marikit” and “Chinita Girl” dance challenges showed his moves in 'Unang Hirit.'
Dancer-choreograher Mannex Manhattan is the dancer behind the “Marikit” dance craze that was performed by thousands of Filipinos on social media.
The dance challenge was not just popular among netizens but with several Kapuso artists as well including Rayver Cruz, Miguel Tanfelix, Carmina Villarroel and daughter Cassy Legaspi, Barbie Forteza, Jak Roberto, Ruru Madrid, and Edgar Allan Guzman, among others.
With username @magicmannez, he has already garnered more than one million followers on TikTok. His viral dance video has accumulated 10 million views on Facebook and 7.1 million views on TikTok as of writing.
Aside from the Marikit dance video, Mannex Manhattan also choreographed dance challenges of “Chinita Girl,” “Miss Flawless” and “Intensions.”
