In his latest vlog, Carlo and his wife Michelle Orosa-Ople documented his vaccination journey in the City of San Juan.
According to him, they both got the Coronavac from the Beijing-based pharmaceutical company Sinovac.
Michelle shared that their local government made sure that the vaccination experience will not be a chaotic one.
She said, “A little over an hour, medyo marami din tao. Pero very organized tapos malamig din naman 'yung area. And very clear sila each step kung ano 'yung gagawin.
“Pati din may bilin e, may bilin na dapat after nung vaccine mayroon ka pang QR code na ifi-fill out every day for a year. And 'yung actual vaccination, ano [laughs] kinabahan lang ako.
“But all that aside it was a straightforward experience naman and then 'yung 15 minutes after, may oximeter na ilalagay sa finger, BP (Blood Pressure) and then after 15 minutes uulitin and if you are okay, you are good to go.”
Carlo butted in to laud everyone behind the COVID-19 vaccination program for all their efforts amid this current condition.
The vlogger noted, “Ako ang gusto ko lang sabihin, I know the government gets a lot of flak, di ba maraming nagre-reklamo, maraming nai-istress.
“Pero ako, I just want to appreciate all the workers on the ground. 'Di ba ako, I super appreciate the staff, the barangay staff, the city hall staff.
“I mean lahat ng nagtatrabaho sa San Juan, talagang araw-araw nagba-vaccine di ba, talagang frontliner kung sa frontliner talaga and they work long hours.”
His wife added, “Napansin ko talaga they don't make you feel like you are just one of the [people]."
Before ending his vlog, Carlo encouraged those who are still undecided to get vaccinated for their safety.
“Pero ako overall, sobra akong impressed and I would strongly encourage everybody to get vaccinated as well. 'Di ba alam ko, some people don't like it, but if you are on the fence and this video reaches you, sana magbago 'yung isip n'yo para ma-push kayo towards dun sa magpa-vaccine na.”
