Director Mark A. Reyes tickled the excitement of many fans when he posted the latest group and solo photos of the confirmed cast of Voltes V: Legacy on his Instagram account.

On Thursday, April 22, the acclaimed director said that the Voltes V team, which will be played by Kapuso actors Miguel Tanfelix, Ysabel Ortega, Radson Flores, and Matt Lozano, are “getting ready to volt in soon.”

The latest group photo seemed to put many Voltes V fans at the edge of their seats as they comment on how excited they are to watch the series and see the actors in action as the loved anime characters.

Additionally, many are also thrilled to finally see Miguel Tanfelix and Ysabel Ortega in one frame as the pair gears up for their very first on-screen team-up.

A netizen wrote, “Ba't bagay 'yung dalawang nasa harap?”

Another said, “Ysabel-Miguel super bagay!!!”

It was back in early February when GMA Network revealed the main cast of the series after a series of back-to-back revelations on both television and social media.

As of this writing, the confirmed cast are Miguel Tanfelix as Steve Armstrong, Ysabel Ortega as Jamie Robinson, Radson Flores as Mark Gordon, Matt Lozano as Big Bert Armstrong, and child star Raphael Landicho as Lil Jon Armstrong.

Meanwhile, playing the menacing characters of Prince Zardoz and Zandra are Martin del Rosario and Liezel Lopez.

Voltes V: Legacy is an exclusive offering of the GMA Entertainment Group, which Mark A. Reyes will direct. The script, written by Suzette Doctolero, was approved by Toei Company, Ltd. and Telesuccess Producntions Inc.
