
Voltes V: Legacy director Mark Reyes took to his Instagram account to express his excitement after meeting the seasoned Hollywood cinematographer, Mark Iriwn.
Among the works of the Canadian director of photography are The Fly, Robocop 2, Showdown In Little Tokyo, Passenger 57,Dumb and Dumber, There's Something about Mary, Scream, to name a few.
In his post, Reyes struck a pose with Irwin who visited his house recently before flying back to the U.S.
"So over the weekend. Obi Wan Kenobi visited M House," the Kapuso director quipped, pointing out Irwin's resemblance to the Star Wars fictional character.
Reyes felt "awesome to have shared stories about film making with him."
He went on, "He worked with Irvin Kershner, Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back director. Thank you @mari_birns for the photos. I should have made him pose with my Obi Wan lightsaber!"
Irwin spent five days in the Philippines last week to conduct a cinematography seminar for GMA cameramen, lightmen, and other techno-creative personnel.
