Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience excites Voltes V fans as it began showing in theaters last Wednesday, April 19.

Viewers who have already seen the movie can't help but gush over the action-packed drama, some remarking it as a "masterpiece" because of its storytelling, musical scoring, and high quality visual effects and CGI that can compete with Hollywood live-action superhero films.

Besides the amazing visuals, what kept them on the edge of their seats is the major cliffhanger revealed during a post-credits scene. It is a bonus scene that marks the continuation of the story in its television run as Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience only features a special edit of the first three weeks of the series.

Unfortunately, there were cinema goers who left the theater right after the closing credits have rolled and missed the additional scene at the end, which bore funny reactions just like this one from Facebook user Hobie Mendoza who turned an image of Voltes V: Legacy's Prince Zardoz, Martin Del Rosario, into a meme.

For a certain Mark Anthony Sacapaño-de Luna, failing to catch the post-credits scene is a sign to rewatch Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience in theaters.

He shared, "EPIC FAIL tayo sa part na may post credits [scene] pero mas nauna ang takot maiwan mag isa sa sinehan baka may multo. hahahaha

"Dahil hindi din aware yung iba sa [post-credits scene], may rason tayo para umisa uli manood. Yes! iisa pa ko manood. Sa Anime nga nakailang ulit na tayo simula pagkabata, eto pa kayang Live Action."

For the other Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience viewers who missed the post-credits scene on the big screen, they can soon watch Voltes V: Legacy in full episodes as it nears its premiere on free TV.

The show will air on GMA Telebabad starting on May 8, 45 years after the Voltes V's first broadcast in the Philippines.
