For Comedy Queen of the Philippines Aiai Delas Alas, "health is wealth."

Comedy Queen Aiai Delas Alas is a living proof that shifting to a healthy lifestyle is a game-changer.

On Instagram, the 55-year-old comedienne recounted how physical inactivity led her to be prone to sickness.

Mahiwaga ang buhay mga 10 years ago naalala ko halos monthly nasa hospital ako kasi bec of asthma, polyps colon , allergy etc.. ngayun kung kelan ganito na ang edad ko masaya ako kasi ang lakas ng ktawan ko simula nung nag iba ako ng lifestyle pag dating sa food 4 years ago .. noong dalaga ako or nung bata bata pa ko hindi ko nga alam ang burpee.. ngayun hindi ko akalain kaya ko pala mag burpee .. basta gusto may paraan pag ayaw madaming dahilan .. so sa mga ka age ko laban lang ..kaya naten to 💪💪💪.. HEALTH IS WEALTH .. Reverse grip pulldwn 20 400m rower 400m run Goblet squats w/ box 20 Burpee ball slam 10 Inch worm 10 Planks 30 secs Leg raises 20 Sit ups 20 3 rounds madam 💪( eto ang program ko kanina at hindi ko dinaya haha) @coach_flex

Aiai said, "Mahiwaga ang buhay mga 10 years ago.

"Naalala ko halos monthly nasa hospital ako kasi because of asthma, polyps colon, allergy, etc...

"Ngayon, kung kelan ganito na ang edad ko, masaya ako kasi ang lakas ng katawan ko simula no'ng nag-iba ako ng lifestyle pag dating sa food 4 years ago."

Determined to be healthy, Aiai pushes her limits and now consistently works out hard at the gym, accompanied by a diet based on organic foods.

She shared, "Noong dalaga ako or no'ng bata-bata pa 'ko, hindi ko nga alam ang burpee.

"Ngayon, hindi ko akalain kaya ko pala mag-burpee.

"Basta gusto, may paraan.

"'Pag ayaw, madaming dahilan.

"So sa mga ka-age ko laban lang, kaya natin 'to.

"HEALTH IS WEALTH."

At the last part of her post, Aiai shared her intense workout routine, guided by her fitness coach named Alex.

Burpee ball slam 10
Inch worm 10
Planks 30 secs
Leg raises 20
Sit ups 20
3 rounds madam."
