Angelu de Leon shares how she and Bobby Andrews got paired for 'T.G.I.S.'
Kapuso actress Angelu de Leon shared an interesting trivia about her onscreen tandem with Bobby Andrews. The two got paired for the '90s teen-oriented show T.G.I.S. and became one of the most popular love teams of their era.

In an episode of Tunay na Buhay, Angelu talked about her “accidental love team” with Bobby Andrews.
"'Yun yung unang ipi-pair talaga kay Peachy (Angelu de Leon's character). Nagkaroon ng episode na umiiyak si Peachy, about JM (Onemig Bondoc), and then nagkaroon ng ice-cream sa swimming pool.
"Si Wacks (Bobby Andrews) 'yung nagko-comfort kay Peachy and the response of the audience was so overwhelming kaya tinuloy na 'yung love team.”

Tunay na Buhay also sat with Bobby who praised Angelu's talent.
He said, “Kaya nag-click 'yung love team namin, kasi we started off as friends talaga. During the creation of the show, she was already very active in participating for the show. We were all new.”
“That's how good of an actress she is. Whoever she's partnered with, she's able to create that chemistry,” he added.
