Bae-by Baste posted his old performance of The Chainsmoker's “Closer” in which Vico Sotto put in effort to translate his made-up words.
Bae-by Baste shared an old video of his performance with funny subtitles written by now Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto.
Bae-by Baste used to perform live in the 'Jackpot En Poy' segment of Eat Bulaga. The youngest Dabarkad always appeared confident even though he didn't completely know the lyrics to the songs he sang.
To celebrate the recent win of Vico, Bae-by Baste posted his old performance of The Chainsmoker's “Closer” in which the now mayor put in effort to translate his made-up words.
He wrote, “Ang video na ito ay pinagtiyagaan pong pinakinggan ni Mayor @vicosotto nang paulit-ulit at ginawan niya po ng sub, noong medyo baby pa po ako at 'di ko pa po alam ang totoong lyrics ng kantang 'to. Daghang salamat, Mayor.”
