Bea Alonzo only had good words to say about Alden Richards when the actor asked her about her first impressions of him.

In a 20-minute video uploaded to Bea's YouTube channel to celebrate her birthday, the Asia's Multimedia Star was one of 19 celebrities and personalities who asked Bea questions ranging from her dream projects to whether she would sing again.

A little over nine minutes into the video, Alden asked Bea what her first impressions of him were, and Bea was very upfront with her response.

“To be honest, parang ang bait niya agad na tao. He's very open, wala siyang walls, ang gaan,” she responded. “Marami nang nakuwento and good words about him, so when I met him, alam ko na he's going to be a good friend of mine.”

This good first impression is sure to bode well for the pair's first big project, a movie adaptation of the Japanese TV drama Pure Soul.

During the contract signing for the movie, both Bea and Alden promised that the adaptation is “going to be a good one” with their own takes on how they understood the role.

Other celebrities featured in the video aside from Alden included Johnny Manahan, Jessica Soho, and Bea's boyfriend, Dominic Roque.
