The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is pursuing a case against Kapamilya actor Richard Gutierrez.
According to BIR assistant commissioner James Roldan, the son of Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez submitted a fake income tax return for 2012 and quarterly value added tax returns for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter of the same year.
