In Carla Abellana's latest YouTube vlog, the Kapuso actress made the Filipino dessert named "Inutak."
Carla started things off by explaining "What on Earth is Inutak?"
"Ano ba 'yung Inutak? What on Earth is Inutak? Kahit ako, 'di ko alam initially and Inutak. Pero 'nung natikman ko siya for the first time, part na sa memory ko 'yung Inutak.
"I believe ang origin ng Inutak is from Pateros or Taguig.
"Did you know that Inutak is both cooking and baking? Bakit? Kasi may mga parts na magluluto tayo and then 'yung finished product itself is ibe-bake 'yon.
"Ang Inutak is a native delicacy or a Filipino delicacy, isang type of dessert 'yan. It's basically made out of rice flour, coconut milk, ube, and siyempre gata.
