Did Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere get into a crown tug-of-war?
Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters is shocked to see previous Miss Universe queens Pia Wurtzbach and Iris Mittenaere fight over her Mikimoto crown, in an Instagram post.
Meanwhile, the reigning Miss Universe shared her crown with GMA reporter Aubrey Carampel in a one-on-one interview.
The TV reporter praised Demi, “Miss Universe 2017 is not just beauty and brains, she's also a sweetie. She's even willing to share her Mikimoto crown with me (just kidding)! It's just been a day since she arrived in the country, but she's already feeling the love, passion, and the warm hospitality of the Filipinos.”
The South African beauty also commended the King of Makeup Transformation, Paolo Ballesteros for his amazing work as her look-alike.
The beauty queens are currently in Manila as part of the post-Miss Universe competition activities.
