Hot momma-to-be Iya Villania is caught on cam goofing around her husband Drew Arellano who he refers to as a “duuuurty dancer.”

Outside her Chika Minute stint, the actress-host shows Baby A the type of mom she is—a cool mom.

The former VJ even shared the excitement at the baby shower thrown by her MYX family comprising of best friend Nikki Gil and former co-hosts Chino Lui Pio and Bianca Roque.

Apart from dancing, Iya makes sure she is in top shape to deliver her son safely through a series of workouts for pregnant women like her.

She advised, “I encourage [you] guys to find something that makes you feel strong and good about yourself! Never underestimate what endorphins can do for you in life.

 

Weight training has always been a staple in my menu of keeping fit! It was the first thing I was consistent with since 2009 and I knew I had to keep on with it after seeing and feeling how I was benefitting from knowing how to utilise and maximise my core ???? I kept on with it even when I was conditioning myself to become a triathlete and I'm still at it now into my #3rdtrimester as I prepare for labor (with pregnancy appropriate intensity) ???? With that said, I encourage u guys to find something that makes you feel strong and good about yourself! We will not be surprised if as soon as Baby A can walk, Iya will be his number one fitspiration and dance instructor rolled into one, just like how she is to her husband.
