Eugene Domingo returns to theater via the Filipino adapation of American playwright Marsha Norman’s ‘Night, Mother.

The Celebrity Bluff and Dear Uge host ends her five-year hiatus from the playhouse with a stellar portrayal of Jessie in the 1983 Pulitzer Prize-winning drama at the PETA Theater.

Eugene shared, “Masasabi ko na parang malungkot ‘yung material pero hindi namin siyang gagawing malungkot. Gagawin namin siyang totoo na nangyayari dahil nangyayari na siya ngayon, na hindi natin napag-uusapan dahil ito ay tungkol sa pagsuko, tungkol sa kung gusto mo pa mabuhay, tungkol sa ibig sabihin ng pagpapatuloy na hindi natin napag-uusapan o hindi napag-uusapan sa pamilya.”
