Fitz Shioda dropped a live performance of "Afraid."

On October 8, online music show Spotlight Music Sessions featured Fitz Shioda as he performed his song "Afraid."

This song wants to tell you that sometimes it's okay to feel afraid. The important thing is that you are not giving up, even when life can be so tiring.

Last October 1, Fitz also performed his "hugot" song "Kung Minsan Lang."

In September, Fitz released his EP entitled For The Best that dwelled more on acoustic and ambient sounds.

Since 2018, Fitz has already released several singles including "Kung Minsan Lang," "Shadows," "Lumina," "FREE," "Good Lord," "Don't Stay," "Co.," and "Truce."

The Filipino-Japanese singer-songwriter fuses his blues, r&b, folk, and rock influences into his own version of pop.

Fitz has been passionate about music since he was in grade school. From being in rock bands, he took music seriously and incorporated his prolific musical influences into his art.

His multicultural background, youthful experiences, and hopeless romantic persona are evident in his writing and are well portrayed with emotions brought by his guitar playing and heavily throughout instrumentation.
