How did Gabbi Garcia choose to celebrate her new title as the Taiwan Tourism Ambassador?
Kapuso It Girl and Global Endorser Gabbi Garcia's "secret project" in Taiwan was actually her photo and video shoot as the new Taiwan Tourism Ambassador.

On February 7, Gabbi was officially announced as the first Filipina Taiwan Tourism Ambassador at the Travel Tour Expo 2020 at the SMX Convention Center.
In an intimate press conference held after the event, Gabbi shared details about how she found out that she was handpicked for the job.
According to her, "Of course I got super excited and I got so interested, actually. Nag-research ako and I was very flattered knowing that I would work and travel at the same time. Who wouldn't want that?"
Additionally, Gabbi felt that this new distinction of hers is one for the books.
"It's another milestone for my career also. I'm just so honored and happy to be the first Filipina and I feel like it's more of a responsibility also to promote good tourism, to promote all the positive things about Taiwan and to be more relatable," she said.
The Kapuso actress flew to Taiwan earlier this year for the first time to do her photo and video shoot touring around some of the famous spots in the country.
Gabbi immediately took a liking to Taiwan and she even got a new ear piercing there to commemorate this new achievement and her newfound love for the place.
