Nothing brings family together like food.

This is what Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista showed in her latest YouTube video as her dad cooks his secret bagoong recipe together with her siblings Cams and Mich.

While cooking, the three women reminisce the days when their dad used to pick them up from school, how they would bond with household helpers, and how it was growing up in the Ongpauco household.

For Heart, she says that she's grown appreciative with the way she was raised and that she wouldn't change anything.

She explains, “When you think about it, I'm so glad that I had them [parents] to guide me and to really be there for me.

“'Cause in a way, I was too naive and I was in showbiz where 'anything goes.'

“So sometimes you really need tough people to be behind you that will really care for you and watch out for you.”
