After over a year, Cecile Ongpauco, mom of Heart Evangelista, has arrived in Balesin, the venue of the wedding of her daughter to Chiz Escudero.
All is well between the Ongpauco and Escudero households.
After over a year, Cecile Ongpauco, mom of Heart Evangelista, has arrived in Balesin, the venue of the wedding of her daughter to Chiz Escudero. But instead of wearing a long face for a milestone missed in the Heart's life, the two managed to make the visit light and even pulled some jokes.
“This is where I got married,” Heart introduced in a video posted on her Instagram account.
To which her mom light-heartedly replied, “Ohh. Better late than never.”
The actress shared another funny video where she coached Mrs. Ongpauco in delivering some lines.
Cecile quipped, “Where’s the wedding? Am I too early?”
The disagreement between Heart and her parents were made public years ago, but they all reconciled in May last year.
