Move on from your boring workout routines. Try the balance board workout this 2020!

If working out has become a chore or a dreaded activity for you, then it's time to shake things up.

Ditch the tired and boring workout routines you've been accustomed to for a new one that'll give you the excitement and motivation you need.

In a recent episode of Mars Pa More, hosts Camille Prats-Yambao and Iya Villania-Arellano, together with beauty queen guests Miriam Quiambao-Roberto and Thia Thomalla, tried working out with a balance board.

It can be a bit scary in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, it starts to be enjoyable. It's best you try this with a trainer or workout buddy, so they can assist you while you find your balance.

Balance boards are available online, and their price ranges from 950 PhP to around 5,000 PhP.
