In deciding on a dance class to take, the 'Marimar' star opted for a genre that will keep her young. This brought her to take lessons from The Academy of Rock Philippines.
"Took my first hip-hop lesson. I'm turning 40 very soon and I suppose I should be taking up ballroom dancing, but I chose hip-hop [because] it’s swag… I know I have a lot to learn but I can’t wait to get better," she wrote on Instagram.
She also admitted to be interested in jazz and ballroom during her younger years. Now, however, she finds herself enjoying hip-hop.
"Your taste in everything does change over the years. Oo na, tumatanda akong paurong," she added.
