Kapuso actress Isabelle de Leon is well on her way to becoming a beauty queen.

After announcing her candidacy for the Miss World Philippines crown, she then took to Instagram to share her journey and thoughts on joining the pageantry.

“I never really imagined na I would end up here,” she says to her viewer.

“Pero nakakatuwa lang kasi I'm really, really happy with what I am doing -- 'yung mga trainings and all that.

“Doon ko na-realize na… 'pag nag-step out of your comfort zone ka pala, there will come a time na if you work hard enough magiging comfort zone mo siya ulit. You'll get used to it.

“Kaya ang advice ko sa mga nangangarap, kung meron kang goals huwag mong limitahan 'yung sarili mo dahil hindi mo alam kung ano 'yung lakas na mayroon ka.

“But always take heart. Just be courageous enough to dare and take that risk. And you can do it.”

She also shared a video clip of her practicing in her sky-high nude platforms to which she almost tripped during her first stint.
